Campaign Reports
See exactly how your campaign performed — who got it, who read it, who replied.
Every campaign has a live report. Open it from Campaigns → click the campaign name → View Report.
Key metrics
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sent | Messages successfully handed to WhatsApp |
| Delivered | WhatsApp confirmed it reached the recipient's phone |
| Read | The recipient opened the message (blue ticks) |
| Failed | Couldn't be delivered — number invalid or blocked |
Delivery rates
A healthy campaign typically shows:
- Delivered rate — 85–95% of sent
- Read rate — 40–70% of delivered (varies a lot by audience and message)
If your delivered rate is low, check that your contact numbers are correct and active on WhatsApp.
Per-contact breakdown
Scroll down in the report to see every contact and their individual status — pending, sent, delivered, read, or failed.
Use the search box to find a specific person, or filter by status to see only failed sends.
Failed sends
If some messages failed, you can retry them. Click Retry Failed and SalesByte re-attempts delivery for everyone who didn't receive it.
Poll results
If your campaign was a poll, the report shows vote counts and percentages for each option — updated in real time as people vote.
Overall analytics
Go to Campaigns → Reports for a workspace-wide view: total campaigns sent, total messages delivered and read across all campaigns, and API message counts.
