Manage your SalesByte plan, payments, and invoices.

Go to SettingsBilling to manage your subscription.

Plans

SalesByte offers three plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale. All plans include one WhatsApp connection.

Billing periods

Pay monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annually. Longer periods cost less per month.

Add more WhatsApp connections

Need to connect more than one WhatsApp number? Purchase additional connection slots from the Billing page → Add Connections.

Change your plan

Go to SettingsBilling → pick a new plan → pay. The change takes effect immediately.

If you upgrade, your unused days on the current plan are credited as bonus days on the new plan.

Cancel auto-renew

Go to SettingsBilling → click Cancel auto-renew. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period. After that, you move to the free plan.

Invoices

Every payment generates a GST-compliant invoice. Go to SettingsBillingPayment History → click Download Invoice next to any payment.

Update billing details

Go to SettingsBillingBilling Details to update your GSTIN, legal name, and billing address. These appear on your invoices.
