Which one should I use?
Start with Personal WhatsApp if you want to get going immediately. No paperwork, no approval, no waiting.
Switch to (or add) Business WhatsApp when you want to:
- Send campaigns at scale (thousands of contacts)
- Use your brand name as the sender
- Get a green verified tick on your profile
- Send messages outside the 24-hour window using templates
Most growing businesses use both — Personal WhatsApp for quick 1:1 conversations, Business WhatsApp for broadcast campaigns.
