The SalesByte MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets you connect your CRM to AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, and Cline. Once connected, you can manage contacts, send messages, and run campaigns just by typing in plain English.
What you can do
Tell your AI assistant things like:
- "Send a message to Rahul asking if he's ready to move forward"
- "List all my hot leads from this week"
- "Schedule a campaign to all contacts tagged Interested for tomorrow at 9 AM"
- "Show me the last 5 messages from Priya"
- "Create a follow-up for Amit on Friday at 11 AM"
The AI handles the rest — no clicking around the app.
