Personal WhatsApp Templates
Create message and poll templates for your personal WhatsApp — ready to use immediately.
Personal WhatsApp templates are stored locally in SalesByte. No Meta approval needed — create one and use it right away.
Create a message template
Go to Settings → Templates → click + Create Template → Personal WhatsApp.
Fill in:
- Template name — for your reference (e.g. "Festival Offer")
- Message body — your actual message
- Media — optionally attach an image, video, or document
Click Save — it's ready to use instantly.
Create a poll template
Go to Settings → Templates → + Create Template → Personal WhatsApp → switch to the Poll tab.
Fill in:
- Poll question — what you're asking (e.g. "Which service are you interested in?")
- Options — add 2 to 12 choices
- Multiple answers — allow contacts to pick more than one option
Polls are great for collecting preferences, running quick surveys, or qualifying leads.
Format your message
Use WhatsApp formatting in your templates:

Use the formatting toolbar in the template editor — no need to remember syntax.
Spintax — send different variations
Add {variation A|variation B|variation C} to your template. SalesByte picks a random option for each contact, so the same campaign feels different to different people.
Example:
Each contact gets a slightly different opening. Helps avoid spam filters.
