The Inbox is where all your WhatsApp conversations live. Every message your contacts send you shows up here, across all your connected numbers.
The 3-pane layout
- Left — all your conversations, sorted by most recent
- Middle — the full chat with the selected contact
- Right — contact info, notes, follow-ups, and sequences
Filter your conversations
Use the tabs at the top of the conversation list to focus on what matters:

Search
Click the search icon to find any conversation by contact name or phone number.
Multiple WhatsApp numbers
If you have more than one WhatsApp number connected, use the Connection filter (top of the list) to see conversations from just one number, or all of them together.
