Limits increase automatically as you send more and maintain quality.
The 24-hour rule
When a customer messages you, you have 24 hours to reply with any message. After that window closes, you can only reach them using a pre-approved template message.

How to connect
- Go to Connections → Connect Business WhatsApp
- Click Continue with Facebook
- Log in and follow Meta's onboarding steps
- Your number appears as Active once approved ✅
Token expiry
Your Business WhatsApp connection uses an access token that lasts about 60 days. SalesByte reminds you before it expires so you can reconnect without any downtime.
For permanent connections, ask your admin to set up a System User token — it never expires.
